Run Rite Mechanical is now offering service installations for one of several industrial air purifier units below. These systems have been designed to greatly reduce harmful airborne bacteria, germs and viruses.
While ordinary paper filters in many central HVAC systems help remove dust from the air, these basic filters do not remove tiny particles that can harm your health. Central air purification systems, which are installed in your ductwork, remove dust, mold, bacteria and viruses from the air circulated throughout your space by your HVAC system.
Types of air purification systems
Not all air purifiers do the same thing. Here’s a breakdown of the different types to help you choose what’s right for your space.
DHP- DRY HYDROGEN PEROXIDE
Kills bacteria on contact. Dry Hydrogen Peroxide (DHP) is a gas. It is not a vapor from aqueous hydrogen peroxide solutions. Behaves like oxygen and nitrogen, diffusing through the air. DHP produces extremely effective microbial reduction at incredibly safe levels of H2O2. Device installation will not impact your existing HVAC system.
Air Knight PX5 with IPG - The PX5 technology by engineering the proper UV light spectrum in combination with a quint metallic catalyst to produce aerosolized hydrogen peroxides that are effective in reducing bio-aerosols, VOC’s, odors, and other indoor air contaminants.
CASPR PRO - CASPR In-Duct solutions are easily installed into your existing HVAC ducts. There, these devices run continuously without an operator. They work with your ambient air to generated negatively-charged molecules, like hydrogen peroxide. These molecules exit your duct, circulate the room through the air and land on all surfaces. During this process, these negatively-charged molecules are actively seeking out positively-charged molecules, like mold, bacteria, and viruses, to neutralize by killing at the molecular level. Once neutralized, they revert back to hydrogen and oxygen.
SYNEXIS BLADE - The DHP blade is designed to fit in-line with your existing HVAC ductwork. The device can be deployed in any size duct utilizing adapters.
RGF REME HALO - Unlike passive air technologies, which need pollutants to pass through the unit for purification or filtration, the REME HALO® in-duct air purifier sweeps through your home actively purifying pollutants at the source. In addition, the charged plasma induces particles to coagulate or stick together making them bigger and easier for your filter to catch. Hydroperoxides occur naturally in the earth’s atmosphere and are part of nature’s process of cleaning the air.
IONIZING AIR PURIFIERS
An ionizing air purifier introduces negatively-charged particles that attract positively-charged air pollutants. As the particles group together, they become too heavy and fall from the air and attach to surfaces.
ACTIVE AIR DM4800 - Negatively and positively charged ions are attracted to and bond with oppositely charged airborne pollutants. Interactions occur and reduce contamination levels and produce cleaner air.
ATMOSAIR - Incoming air passes over AtmostAir tubes to charge oxygen molecules to create ions that actively cleanse air throughout the occupied space.
ULTRAVIOLET LIGHT AIR PURIFIER
Ultraviolet technology is an ultraviolet air purifier that can kill tiny microorganisms, such as bacteria, using rays of UV light that pass through it.

The static charge traps airborne particles until the filter is washed.
